George Armbruster
President & CEO
With a career spanning business development, air pollution control consulting, emissions monitoring, and industrial safety, George brings decades of hands-on experience to the development of advanced combustible dust safety technologies. His experience includes air pollution control and abatement system optimization, stack and source emissions testing, ambient and in-situ particulate monitoring, continuous emissions monitoring systems, and dust explosion mitigation technologies.

In addition to his technical expertise, George has founded and operated multiple businesses, including an air pollution control consulting firm and a regional importation and distribution company. This combination of business leadership and technical insights now drives the development of reliable, scalable technologies that address one of industry’s most persistent and under-monitored safety hazards.

George currently serves on the Dust Committee of the Technical Association of the Pulp and Paper Industry (TAPPI) and has long been active in professional industry organizations. Earlier in his career, his leadership capabilities were recognized when he was elected to the Board of Directors for the Air & Waste Management Association’s South Atlantic Section.

George is a proud graduate of the Virginia Military Institute, where he earned a degree in Economics.


Stephen Rice
Chief Operating Officer
Steve Rice serves as Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Intelligence, leading operational execution, financial strategy, and commercialization. He partners closely with the firm’s founders, engineers, customers, and investors to align strategy, execution, and growth as the company scales.
With more than 40 years of senior leadership experience, Steve has served as CEO, COO, CFO, and President within privately held, bank-owned, and private-equity-backed organizations. He brings deep expertise in operations, finance, and strategic planning. His experience includes driving turnarounds, leading complex integrations, and building disciplined, scalable organizations in highly technical and demanding environments.
Steve holds a BS in Business from Siena College and an MBA from Syracuse University.


Steve Bernet
Financial Strategist
Steve Bernet serves as a financial strategist for Industrial Intelligence, bringing deep experience supporting high-growth, tech-enabled businesses as they scale operations and mature their financial strategy. He works closely with founders and leadership teams to align growth, execution, and long-term value creation.
Steve is the co-founder and Head of Services Advisory at Fintelos, where he advises growth-stage subscription software and services companies on scaling, operations, and strategic finance. Previously, he served as Head of Finance at Right Side Up and as CFO of Levvel, where he successfully led the company through its acquisition by Endava PLC.
Steve brings a pragmatic, operator-oriented perspective shaped by hands-on leadership across finance, operations, and M&A in growth-stage environments.


Larry Moulis
Chief Technology Officer
Larry Moulis serves as Chief Technology Officer, bringing more than 25 years of experience as a computer engineer and technology leader. He is known for bridging product innovation and production-scale execution with disciplined attention to cybersecurity, helping organizations bring complex, connected products to life without compromising resilience or trust.
Larry has built his career developing innovative products, often with embedded computing at their core, primarily within small-company settings. His work spans deployments in military environments, corporate IT, passenger rail platforms, factories, and other commercial and industrial applications.
Larry previously served as CTO of Inova Solutions and founded Roadmap Works in 2019 to provide fractional CTO services to small and mid-sized companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech.


Stacy Buchanan
Chief Marketing Officer
Industrial Intelligence
Stacy Buchanan serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Industrial Intelligence, where she leads commercialization efforts for novel technologies and scaled market adoption. She brings over 20 years of marketing strategy and leadership experience, much of it in dust-producing industries, including pharmaceuticals and packaging.
In addition to her role at Industrial Intelligence, Stacy is the founder of Wythe Ave, a marketing consultancy designed to help organizations make smarter, faster growth decisions by accessing Fortune 500–level strategic insight without the cost of a full-time chief marketing officer.
She previously held senior marketing strategy roles at WestRock (formerly MeadWestvaco/MWV), a $15B Fortune 200 manufacturer, where she partnered with global pharmaceutical companies, emerging biotech firms, and large retail pharmacies to commercialize regulated healthcare packaging solutions. Her work played an integral role in helping Walmart reimagine its pharmaceutical supply chain, enabling the launch of its $4 generic drug program.
Stacy holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated magna cum laude from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management.


Bill Reabe
Field Services Manager
Bill Reabe serves as Field Services Manager for Industrial Intelligence integrating both office-based planning and field-level support ensuring efficient on-site service delivery while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. He works closely with the firm’s leadership and customers in the development, delivery and execution of customer Dust Mapping Surveys (DMS) and Continuous Dust Accumulation Monitoring (CDAM) efforts.

Proudly served 27 Years of active Naval service as an Air Traffic Controller (ATC) and ATC Limited Duty Officer.
After retiring in 2007 he served 18 years with the Department of the Navy where he provided life-cycle acquisition, program management, and sustainment of all Navy and Marine Corps shore air traffic control systems maintaining interoperability with the Federal Aviation Administration. He excelled in both narrative and data-driven justifications and presentations in support of cost, schedule, performance, risk analysis, and cyber security while ensuring programs were properly forecasted, justified, and executed.

Earned his Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics through Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in addition to his Advanced Requirements Management and Program Management through the Defense Acquisition University.
