Next Generation Combustible Dust Accumulation Monitoring

The II Difference
01/ ACCURATE
Unlike ambient air monitors, our calibratable device reliably measures dust accumulation levels on surfaces from 0 to 4 mm. Customize your alarm setpoints of a potential problem.
02/ CONTINUOUS
Instead of manual visual inspections, our monitor provides 24/7 coverage, even in difficult or hidden places.
03/ PREDICTIVE ANALYTICS
Replace binary spot checks with continuous, real-time data accessible through your SCADA or cloud-based system.

MEET INDUSTRIAL INTELLIGENCE

OUR STORY
Our founder began his career in air emissions testing, where he learned the value of precision and data-driven processes. After seven years in the combustible dust industry, he saw a major gap: no reliable way to measure dust accumulation. Motivated by the concerns of industry professionals, he spent the next six years researching and developing a solution that finally fills that need.
OUR VISION
At Industrial Intelligence, our mission is to develop products that enhance safety in manufacturing and processing facilities—protecting both lives and valuable assets. We also strive to provide quantitative, actionable data for our customers to make more informed decisions.

OUR TECHNOLOGY
Industrial Intelligence is launching its first patented product: a continuous dust accumulation monitor powered by machine vision and advanced algorithms; soon to be certified for Class II, Division 1 (Groups E, F, G) and ATEX/IECEx Zone 20-22. For optimal sensor placement, we can begin by employing our patented dust mapping survey. This is a diagnostic tool that analyzes dust accumulation patterns and provides additional insights for facility safety and maintenance.
